I'm diverting a little at the moment from my Verity Hope embroidered dolls and enjoying making some traditional cloth dolls just for fun...
This young Lady is one I finished this week...
I like to imagine her in a stately home, perhaps with a Lady's maid and a carriage waiting outside...
She has placed her lacey shawl around the shoulders, could it be for a special occasion?
What must she be thinking?...
I particularly love her little lacey pantaloons...
I know this young Lady would probably prefer to be living at Highclere Castle but alas she will be staying with me in my humble abode.
